Situated on the west coast of Thailand, Khao Lak offers the easiest access to the finest diving in the Andaman Sea. The Similan Islands are only an hour away  and other spots such as Richelieu Rock, Koh Bon, and Koh Tachai are comfortably accessed by day boats. Even closer, a local wreck offers huge amounts of fish, nudibranchs galore and also the occasional whale shark.

I have been visiting Khao Lak for several years and have always used the services of  Liquid Adventure. A great bunch of mainly Scandinavians, they are very safety conscious but fun!
